The flat extends over 2 levels and can accommodate up to 8 people, as its spaces consist of 2 bedrooms with 1 double or 2 single beds each and a sofa that converts into 2 single beds on the ground floor. Also, on the first floor there are 2 more single beds.

The kitchen, which is connected to the living room and dining room, is located on the ground floor and includes everything needed to prepare the guests' meals. The bathroom with a shower is also located on the ground floor of the apartment. In the courtyard there is an outdoor dining area and sun loungers overlooking the beautiful bay of Neorion.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with 1 double or 2 single beds each and a flat screen TV and a bathroom with shower. Also, on the same level is the living room and the kitchen with the dining area.

On the first floor there is an open bedroom with a double bed and an office area with a sofa. On the same level there is another bathroom with shower.
